I got your name and address from internet business directory in Nigerian Chamber of Commerce Mines and Agriculture (NICCMA)and decided to write you after proper consideration.I am MUSA ABDULAHI,a senator in Nigerian upper house of National Assembly and also the chairman SENATE CONTRACT REVIEW COMMITTEE.

My colleagues and I in this committee have just discovered that a foreign contractor by name GREGORY EUBANK whose company GEOBATH OIL SERVICES LIMITED was contracted for the TURN AROUND MAINTENANCE (TAM) of the three major Nigerian Refineries at the total cost of (two hundred and thirteen million . United states dollars) USD$ 213,000,000. in 1987 executed this contract fully and was paid the first installment of his money;(One hundred and fifty one million united states dollars) USD$ 151,000,000 in 1989 few months after completion of this contract..

On assumption of office by this committee since 1999 for the review and payment of contractor for contract awarded and executed, our effort for months to locate and contact Mr Gregory Eubank or GEOBATH OIL SERVICES LIMITED whose name and company appeared on the list of foreign contractors to be paid could not be actualized for the claim of the remaining (sixty-two million united states dollars) USD$62,000 000. Regarding this situation my colleagues and I decided that this fund be transferred to foreign account for security reasons since top Government personnel here are not allowed to operate foreign accounts and for our disbursement at the end of the transaction.

In view of this, I MUSA ABDULAHI on behalf of my colleagues ask for your assistance in the transfer of this fund to your account. Twenty percent (20%) of the total amount has been set aside for you at the end of this transaction.
