[Information has to be free]  Magna Charta der Wissensgesellschaft. Im Vorfeld des UN-Weltgipfels zur Informationsgesellschaft im Dezember stellte heute die Heinrich-Böll-Stiftung die Eckpunkte einer Charta der Bürgerrechte für eine nachhaltige Wissensgesellschaft (, 112 KB) vor. In insgesamt zehn Punkten fordert der Entwurf die Sicherung des Zugangs zum Wissen »für jedermann, zu jeder Zeit, von jedem Ort und zu fairen Bedingungen« und erinnert daran, »dass Wissen im Prinzip Erbe und Besitz der Menschheit und damit frei ist. Das kommerziell verwertete Wissen ist dem gegenüber die Ausnahme«. Hört ihr das, ihr BWL-Studenten?

[Strato]  Mein Spielzeugprovider zickt mal wieder. Ich hoffe, daß die Updates durchkommen...

[Update, 8:10 Uhr]: Nehme alles zurück. Das halbe Internet scheint tot zu sein. Das Problem liegt wohl eher bei den Telekomikern denn bei <% strato %>. Kann daher einige Links nicht überprüfen und auch die Volumenangaben bei den PDFs fehlen.

Und den Validator des W3C kann ich auch nicht erreichen. Bei HTML-Fehlern bitte ich daher um Nachsicht.

  Ich weiß schließlich, daß einige von Euch da draußen nur darauf lauern...
